All deliveries are fulfilled directly from the Miniso Warehouse, located at Astra Business Park – Off Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya.

Delivery Timelines:

• Within Nairobi: Orders are delivered by our partner delivery service on a next-day delivery basis.
• Outside Nairobi (Up-country): Orders are delivered through G4S, Fargo, or Speedaf, depending on the location. Delivery usually takes 2–5 days after the order is placed.

Please note:

• We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.
• Order dispatch is done daily by 7:00 AM on delivery days.
• We currently do not offer same-day delivery.
