For the time frame, it is within 7 days from you have received the parcels.
How to Return
You can return your item by delivering it to Astra Business Park, Warehouse 8 – Off Mombasa Road, Nairobi, Kenya.
Please note:
- The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
- The initial shipping cost is non-refundable, as it was used by our third-party delivery agent to deliver your order.
A returned item will only be accepted and refunded if:
- The seal is unbroken,
- The package has not been tampered with, and
- All originally shipped accessories are included.
