Refund for returned power socket

"Hello my name is Edith Adikinyi, I have made a mistake and ordered 2 power sockets and it was meant to be ONE , is it possible to only deliver ONE socket reimburse the KSH. 1039 that I paid for?"
I sent this message on 21st March , 2024 but did not get the refund which I was promised Friday 29th March, 2024. Waiting for a refund after returning one power socket after having talked on phone with your office on no.0713560525. Plz kindly let me know whether I'll get my refund.
