Animal Squad Oil-based Nail Polish

I don’t know what’s wrong with it but the polish is so grainy? In the picture I TRIED to put three coats on my nail but the consistency is so bad, also the brush came messed up and it won’t go back to normal no matter how much I try. It has weird coloring on the bottom of it, I tried shaking it but it didn’t help. And I can’t even get a refund because I bought it at a mall in NJ. Don’t waste your money.
